North Nibley Pre-school, as a registered charity under the General Data Protection Regulations (May 2018) (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018*, are the Data Controller for the personal data we collect.  This means that we decide what information we need to keep and why and how we process and store that information.
