45 years in existence

On Sunday 9 June 2019, the pre-school celebrated 45 years (1974-2019) of operation.  A big thank you to those who supplied us with photos over the 4 decades and all who came to see.  Click here for the article published in the Gazette on the event.

What's happening this term?

  • Annual General Meeting: Monday 9 September 2019 starting at 7.30pm in the Village Hall

  • 1st meeting of the 2019-20 Committee: Monday  23 September 2019 starting at 7.30pm in the Village Hall

  • This term we will be running the theme of 'all about me', where we all get to know each other.  We'll also be telling each other what we did during the holidays.

  • Sunday 13 October 2019, the pre-school will be holding a tractor run to raise funds to help its operation and continue to offer its services to the local community.  Keep an eye on our Facebook page on the day to find out the tractors' progress.

What's happening in Term 2?

  • This term's Committee Meeting is scheduled for Monday 4 November 2019 starting at 7.30pm in the Village Hall

  • This term we will be looking at fireworks and the colours and patterns they make in the sky , as well as emphasising safety.  Linked to this we will be talking about the planets and stars.  We will also be getting ready for Christmas and telling the children the Christmas story.

  • Saturday 16 November 2019, the pre-school will be holding Quiz and Cocktail evening to raise funds to help its operation and continue to offer its services to the local community.  See poster opposite for details.

  • Tuesday 10 December 2019, the pre-school's annual trip to visit Father Christmas at Cattle Country.
